We’ll review access, slope, and drainage, then estimate site costs such as grading, foundation, utilities, septic, and water.

Prepare a preliminary budget

We’ll outline the selected ModernCore Building System package and estimate site costs separately.

Review installation options

If you want installation, a licensed general contractor can prepare a separate proposal based on your location and project scope.

Share the basics about your site and goals. Zoning, permits, HOA rules, utilities, and rental eligibility depend on the property and local jurisdiction.
